CONSIFRS is a module on the Dynamics 365 F&O application of Birleşik Uzmanlar Bilişim A.Ş. that enables the transformation of the Legal Financial Statements prepared in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law (“TPL”) into Turkish Financial Reporting Standards in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards published by the Public Oversight Authority and the consolidation of Group companies under one company.

CONSIFRS Module Works Integrated with D365 F&O ERP System. Prepares IFRS Solo and Consolidated Financial Statements and Numerical Footnotes.

Development Process of CONSIFRS

The module has been developed as a solution that can be used by companies and Group Companies that apply IFRS and Consolidation in cooperation with an international Turkish Group Company that has production, sales and trade activities in Turkey and abroad using Dynamics 365 F&O ERP System. The Group receives ERP services from another Solution Partner.

Initial testing of the module has been performed twice during the year-end and interim audits by determining that the data received by the Company from the system using the module is consistent with the data and accounts in the previous year's Independent Audit Report. The Company has not yet gone live. Some improvements will be made before going live.

In the second test of the module, a version that can be applied to other companies was prepared and the system was tested in a company.

In the third test of the module, the processes in the transition from prior year statutory financial statements of another company to UFRS were entered into the system and the results in the audited financial statements and TWB were reached.
