CONSOLIDATION

The Financial Statements of each company prepared in its functional currency are translated into the Group's Reporting currency prior to consolidation. IFRS-adjusted Financial Statements included in the consolidation are consolidated in the Group's Reporting currency.
If the Company is a Holding Company or has subsidiaries subject to Consolidation, the Financial Statements prepared in accordance with IFRS or converted to IFRS are combined in columns side by side. Then the Consolidation Eliminations are determined and the Elimination Records are made and Consolidated Financial Statements and Consolidated numeric Footnotes are produced. Sub consolidations or group consolidations can be made in the module.
